Where venues are in Region VII, and getting there
The Region VII office is at 210 N. Bacalso Avenue in Cebu City. Cebu is the country's second metropolis and hosts the region's testing capacity; Bohol applicants cross by fast ferry from Tagbilaran (two hours) and Siquijor applicants connect through Bohol or Dumaguete. Cebu's own northern and southern municipalities are several hours from the city by road.
NAPOLCOM doesn't publish a fixed list of Region VII venues — testing sites are named in each examination announcement and can change between sittings depending on capacity and the schools available, and the exact venue and room are on each applicant's Notice of Admission. When you register online you choose this regional office; NAPOLCOM then assigns your specific site, which may not be the city nearest your home. Your notice is the only authoritative source, so check it the moment it's issued.
