Where venues are in Region III, and getting there
The Region III office is inside the Diosdado Macapagal Government Center in Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Central Luzon is the largest and best-connected region in the country by road, with expressways linking Bulacan, Pampanga and Tarlac; the exceptions are Aurora, on the far side of the Sierra Madre, and the Zambales coast, both of which are long drives from San Fernando.
NAPOLCOM doesn't publish a fixed list of Region III venues — testing sites are named in each examination announcement and can change between sittings depending on capacity and the schools available, and the exact venue and room are on each applicant's Notice of Admission. When you register online you choose this regional office; NAPOLCOM then assigns your specific site, which may not be the city nearest your home. Your notice is the only authoritative source, so check it the moment it's issued.

Central Luzon has the second-highest applicant volume after NCR, driven by Bulacan and Pampanga. Appointment slots for on-site processing fill quickly; register the moment the online window opens.
Weather to plan around
The region's lowlands flood during the wet season, especially around Pampanga and Bulacan, and Aurora is directly exposed to Pacific typhoons. A June to October exam date deserves a weather check the week before.
