Where venues are in Region IV-A, and getting there
The CALABARZON office is in the NPTI Building at Camp Vicente Lim in Barangay Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna. The region wraps around the south and east of Metro Manila and is the most populous region in the country. Cavite, Laguna and Rizal applicants are close to Calamba by expressway; Quezon province, and especially its far-eastern and island municipalities, is a long trip.
NAPOLCOM doesn't publish a fixed list of Region IV-A venues — testing sites are named in each examination announcement and can change between sittings depending on capacity and the schools available, and the exact venue and room are on each applicant's Notice of Admission. When you register online you choose this regional office; NAPOLCOM then assigns your specific site, which may not be the city nearest your home. Your notice is the only authoritative source, so check it the moment it's issued.

CALABARZON produces the largest applicant pool of any region, and its regional office serves all five provinces. Slots for on-site processing go fast; register early and expect to travel to Calamba.
Weather to plan around
The region sees the same wet-season flooding as Metro Manila, and Quezon's eastern coast is directly exposed to Pacific typhoons. In August 2026 the Civil Service Exam was suspended in parts of the region on exam morning because of the monsoon; a NAPOLCOM sitting is not immune to the same call.
Notes for Region IV-A examinees

- The office is inside a police camp. Bring a valid ID for the gate as well as for your processing.
- Quezon province applicants, especially from Polillo and the Bondoc Peninsula, should plan an overnight stay for their processing date.
