Creator Program

Creator Program terms

The rules that govern attribution, commission, and payouts. Written plainly, because a creator program nobody can read is a creator program nobody trusts.

  1. 01

25% commission to start, up to 45%, for life

Your rate is set by your paying referrals: distinct people credited to you, by link or by code, who have bought at least once and not refunded. Each counts once however many times they buy, and the count is cumulative — it never resets. 25% at 0–19 · 30% at 20–99 · 35% at 100–299 · 40% at 300–499 · 45% at 500+ paying referrals. The purchase that carries you across a line is itself paid at the new rate, and so is every sale after it, repeat purchases included; sales already recorded keep the rate they were booked at. The same rate applies on every plan for as long as the person you referred keeps buying. The ladder is the standard track; a higher one can be agreed individually, and we will not move you below it without agreeing that with you first.

  2. 02

    Two attribution paths

A sale is credited to you in one of two ways. Your referral link sets a cookie in the browser that clicks it and the credit is claimed when that person signs up, so it depends on the cookie surviving until then. Your discount code is applied by the buyer at checkout, takes 10% off their price, and credits you for that sale whether or not any cookie survived. A code takes precedence over another creator's standing link attribution for the purchase it was used on, and where the buyer had no attribution at all it creates one, so their later purchases pay you too. Every recorded sale carries which of the two it came from, and you can see it in your Studio.

  3. 03

Last-touch attribution on links, 30 days to sign up

For referral links: the last creator link clicked within 30 days before signup wins, and the credit is claimed at signup. Disputes between creators over shared traffic are not arbitrated.

  4. 04

Attribution does not expire after that

Once someone is attributed to you, by either path, they stay attributed to you permanently. Every purchase they make earns commission, not only their first, and with no cut-off date.

  5. 05

    7-day commission hold

New conversions stay in pending for 7 days to absorb late refund webhooks. This is separate from the customer-facing 24h refund window.

  6. 06

    Self-referrals do not pay

On either path: buying with your own link or your own discount code earns no commission. Same email, IP family, payment method, or device counts as a self-referral.

  7. 07

    Paid in pesos, via GCash

Payouts are sent to the GCash number on your Creator Studio settings. You are responsible for keeping it current — a payout only lands where that number says.

  8. 08

₱500 minimum, paid on the monthly run

Once your approved balance passes ₱500 it goes out on the next monthly payout run, after an admin reviews it. Anything below ₱500 rolls into the following cycle rather than being lost.

  9. 09

    Refunded sales clawback

A refunded sale flips the commission to refunded; future earnings are netted against any already-paid clawback.

  10. 10

    Suspension without notice

For: fraud signals, refund rate over 30%, content that misrepresents the product (e.g. “guaranteed pass”), or breaches of platform ToS (TikTok, FB) that create legal exposure.

  11. 11

Founding rates on new exam sites

We are building the same reviewer for other exams (LET, SASE, DOST, and more). Active creators in good standing are offered a founding starting rate above the standard 25% on each new site when it launches. The exact rate is stated before that launch, each site keeps its own ladder and its own ledger, and joining a new site is your choice.

  12. 12

    Featured videos

With your permission we may showcase videos you make about the exam on the site, credited to you and linking to your channel. You keep every right to your content; we do not edit it beyond cropping or captioning for layout; and you can ask for any video to be taken down at any time.

  13. 13

    Tax is your responsibility

We report payouts above BIR thresholds as required by law.

  14. 14

Rate changes require 30 days notice

Conversions already locked at a given rate are honored at that rate. Rows booked under the retired 10/15/20% monthly ladder stay paid at the rate they were booked at. Climbing the current ladder is not a rate change and needs no notice: the higher rung applies from the sale that reaches it. A rate agreed with you individually works the same way: an increase applies to the sales that follow it, and a reduction gets the same 30 days notice.
